The selection process

3rd and 4th week:
• Candidates’ interviews, behaviour oriented interview technique, competency assessment with role plays and with various ways of testing checking

5th week:
• Preparing the Presentation Report: the Best Candidates with cv specific details, soft and hard competency analysis and Consultant Evaluation
